Our Chelsea Plank Flooring collection offers 62 different colors between 5 different species! These options all come from timber sawn within a 300 mile radius of Chelsea, MI. The Timber is milled and finished in Chelsea, MI. This flooring uses a 3”-4”-5” pattern that draws attention to the uniqueness of the floor as a whole. The planks vary in sizes from 11” to 7’6”.
Chelsea Plank Flooring is separated into 4 different series. Chateau Series is a classic desire that is a select grade and knot-free. Craftsman Series offers character including knots and other naturally occurring marks. Cottage Series is a character grade floor that includes knots, other naturally occurring marks, and is textured to give a dated presence. Lodge Series is an extreme character floor that provides large knots, many naturally occurring marks, and is textured providing a natural cabin look.

- 7” Wide planks
- Planks are 48” in length, some offering 72”
- 12-20 Mil wear layer (most box stores being a 6-8 mil wear layer)
- High resistance to scratching and scuffing
- 1mm IXPE cushion protecting from moisture and mildew
- Prints and texture capture a real hardwood look
Wide plank engineered
This 3-ply engineered floor is available in 7 1/2” or 9 1/2” wide planks. The planks are 5’-7’ long depending on the oroduct. Our collection offers White Oak, Hickory, & Ash with a smooth, matte, or wire brushed finish. All of these floors are guaranteed to be able to be sand and refinished.
